“Universal Monsters” and “Pantheon” group exhibitions

I am proud to share two fantastic group shows that I am in at the end of October:

The first is the “Universal Monsters” group exhibition which opens Friday, October 24th at the Canopy Gallery (Austin ,TX). This exhibit marks the first time I have worked with CODA (the brainchild of Ken Harman of Harman Projects and artist Rob Jones), as well as my first time exhibiting in Austin. My new oil painting features my two favorite classic Universal monsters (clues in the detail below). I’ll be revealing the painting in its entirety on Instagram in the near future.

There will be another CODA exhibit opening happening simultaneously at the Universal City Walk in Los Angeles. For more information, visit the CODA website.

The second group exhibition is “Pantheon” which opens at the Mortal Machine Gallery (New Orleans) on October 31st. I am very excited to return again to show at this gallery, and on Halloween no less, alongside artist friends and long time inspirations of mine. Check out the roster below, its a who’s-who of artistic mastery. I’ll be posting images of my new oil painting “Wizard Pillz” on Instagram towards the end of the month.
